First of all, remember that in order to create a team you need to be subscribed to a Premium plan. If this is your case, log in to your Overtracking account, go to the Dashboard and click on this icon that appears in the left side menu
Then, click on the Create team button that appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
A window will appear in which you will have to name the computer and choose which websites this computer will have access to. Then click on the Submit button.
Now the member you added to your team as a guest should appear until they accept your invitation. You can add more members by clicking on the same Add member button and repeat the process as many times as you need.
You can remove team members whenever you need by clicking on the three vertical dots that appear to the right of the user.
Now, your Teams section should look something like this:
- The ones that you have created and are the owner of appear in My teams.
- In Teams you belong to, those who have invited you but are not the owner appear.
Remember that even if you belong to a team that gives you access to a website’s data, there are things you cannot do if you are not the owner, such as adding new “Goals“.
In My Teams you have the option to edit the name and access to the web pages that the team has by clicking on the pen. You can also delete the computer by clicking the Delete button with the bin icon.
In “Teams you belong to” you have the option to “Log in” to access the data of the accounts to which you have access by belonging to that team and the option to “Leave Team“. Remember that if you decide to leave the team you will not be able to have access again. They will have to send you an invitation to your email again to join again. When you are logged into a team, instead of the “Log in” icon you will see another “Log out” button, which is the one you have to press if you want to see your websites again and not those of the team on which you are logged in.
