Real Time Guide

Real time #

This section provides a real-time view of user behavior on your website. This information allows you to make strategic decisions to improve your website and increase your traffic.

When you access the Real-Time section, you will find:

  • User Graph by Device (1): Shows the number of users currently visiting your website, divided by device type (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
  • Bar Chart of Visitors per Minute (2): Shows the number of visitors who accessed your website in the last hour, broken down by minute.

Real time guide

Below the graph and bar chart, detailed information (3) is presented about:

  • Pages: The pages of your website that are being visited in real time.
  • Sources: The channels currently generating traffic to your website (e.g., organic search, social media, etc.).
  • Countries: The countries of origin of your visitors.
  • Operating Systems: The operating systems your visitors are using.
  • Devices: The devices your visitors are using in real-time (e.g., computers, tablets, smartphones).
  • Browsers: The browsers your visitors use to reach your website.
  • Browser Language: The language of your visitors’ browsers.
  • Screen Resolutions: The screen resolutions of the devices being used by those users.
  • UTM Campaigns: The marketing campaigns currently generate traffic to your website.

Automatic updates #

The information in the Real-Time section is automatically updated every few seconds, allowing you to monitor user behavior on your website minute by minute.

The usefulness of real time data #

Real-time data can be useful for monitoring your website’s traffic during special events or identifying technical issues, such as:

  • Product Launch: You can monitor the number of visitors and the pages they’re viewing in real time to see how the public is reacting to your new product.
  • Marketing Campaign: You can monitor your website’s real-time traffic to see if your campaign is generating results.
  • Online Event: You can monitor the number of visitors and the pages they’re viewing in real time to see how your online event is performing.
  • Website Downtime: You can monitor the number of visitors in real time to determine if your website is experiencing downtime.
